Egyptian pentathlon athlete and teenager Farida Khalil has returned to the senior World Championship podium in Guiyang, China, finishing second in the women’s individual competition with 1,474 points at just 15 years old.

Last year, as a 14-year-old, Farida became the youngest-ever senior World Champion in modern pentathlon, winning gold in Kaunas.

Then she went on to make history again, winning the U17, U19, Junior and Senior World Championship titles in the same 2025 season to complete what UIPM (International Union of Modern Pentathlon) called the “Farida Slam.”
